2. DOCUMENTATION TO CONTRIBUTE
KRATA will receive the necessary documentation to carry
out your work that are basically the following one for the
case of properties:
You photocopy of the deed.
Plans.
In the event of rented properties, you
photocopy of the lease contract contract and of the last
rent receipt.
In the event of buildings in
construction, you photocopy of the license of works, the
project approved by the school and simple up-to-date note to
one month.
In the case of promotions of subsidised
housings, you photocopy of the Scrip bearer of Interim or
Definitive Qualification.
In the case of bound properties to an
economic exploitation, Balances and Economic accounts of the
last two years, and in the case of being about an
exploitation in project the Balances and Economic accounts
previsionales of next three years, and License of Opening in
the event of being in operation.
In the case of lands, Scrip bearer or you
consult urbanística in writing and cadastral or land plan;
in the case of rustic properties, cadastral plan.
How many documents in information they
can be necessary. The lack of some of the pointed out
documents has the consequences that are indicated in the
point 1 (handover term).
