"Our Quality Reason of being" This managerial asseveration our sample work philosophy that we execute by means of four basic actions :

2. - FORMATION OF APPRAISERS
All the technicians that form, or want to form, it leaves of the Body of Appraisers of Krata, S.A Society of valuation will be titled / received in Architecture or Engineering and they will credit the technical, theoretical and practical necessary capacity, and computer science, consistent in:

a) Initial Formation
b) Practical Formation
c) Principle of Responsibility

To all those that have demonstrated sufficiency in the Plan of Formation, are required the signature and acceptance of the Basic Principles of the Appraiser of Krata, CORP., Society of Appraisal that guarantees to our clients and the own Company that our Appraisers fulfill the requirements of Profesionalidad, Independence, Responsibility and Confidentiality.

 

d) Continuous Formation

Once the Appraiser has been enabled to be part of the Body of Appraisers of the Company, he is subjected to the Plan of Continuous Improvement, by means of an exhaustive pursuit of the works that he carries out. Of each carried out Appraisal, the entirety of the concepts is controlled, approaches, data, analysis and conclusions that take. In case exists some error you proceeds to lift a Non Conformity, the one which, next to all those appeared in the period of evaluation, he/she undergoes the Technical Director's analysis, which has the ability to do without of anyone of them if the results are not satisfactory.

The Appraiser that demonstrates the profesionalidad and capacity requested by the Company is subjected to a process of constant formation that goes him enabling for the realization of Appraisals of more complex properties, and that they enable it to end up being part of the Body of Controllers of the Company.

3. -INDIVIDUAL CONTROL OF VALUATIONS
All our works are subjected to a technical exhaustive control on the part of our Department of Control, under the following philosophy:

"Any valuationl is given if before it has not been revised and controlled thoroughly by our Technical Department."

For we follow it the following process:

- Previous control of the Report. They are proven the entirety of the initial data of departure, the reach of the work and the objectives of the same one.
- Technical revision: Technical control of the Report, and especially:
- Property Tipología.
- Used surfaces.
- General situation of the real estate Comparable Market.
- Witness / Comparable Confirmation: From the existence of the same one until their comparability: Antiquity, State of Construction, State of Maintenance, Commercialization, Parking lot, Quality of Location, Comforts, Quantity of Rooms, etc...

- Contrast of Prices of Offer by means of its comparison with our Databases and the application of Coefficients of Homogenization regarding the good to value carried out is correct, and don't overcome in any case the foreseen limits.

Of all that revised the made possible errors they are extracted, and they are written down for the Plan of Pursuit of the Body of Appraisers integrated in the Continuous Formation.

4.- INSPECT AND OFFICIAL AUDITS


The works carried out by Krata, S.A, will be subjected to the inspections that periodically carries out the Bank of Spain, to the audits that Our Auditors of Quality, ATISAE, S.A. carry out, to those that carries out our Department of Quality, and to the audits that AENOR carries out us in Spain and IRAM in Argentine Republic to the help of the norma ISO 9.001.
